Christina Parie, 15, is quickly becoming Australia’s next rock diva after finishing 6th on the Australian reality talent television show, The X Factor in the 3rd season (2011).Hailing from Castle Hill in New South Wales and auditioning with a rendition of Kelly Clarkson's 'I Do Not Hook Up', her unique style and confidence instantly gained her fans and potential in the contest. Before beginning in The X Factor she had been playing venues, cafes and festivals across Sydney with her band, ‘Losing Sight’ now ‘The Christina Parie band’.
Getting further and further in the contest with Mel B as her mentor, Christina’s journey came to an end when she landed herself in the bottom two alongside her best mate and future winner, Reece Mastin, in Week 7. I caught up with Christina to talk all things X Factor, her future and Music.
